The rug has a manufacture defect in the body of the rug
Received incorrect item
The product is not the same as pictured you will need to email us photos of front back and label.

We Do Not Provide Free Returns Label:

If you ordered the incorrect size. Size are posted in the description and is the customer responsibility to know which size is ideal for their decor
